ZINGUARD-ZR

Zinguard-ZR is a solvent borne epoxy coating containing metallic zinc particles. It is intended to use extensively for corrosion resistance improvement. The coatings have great adherence and provide substantial protection from rust by providing cathodic protection called a "sacrificial" anode in the corrosion mechanism. The coating is intended to corrode in place of the metal substrate.
